3 Tips on Digital Signage Strategies

The following are some strategies to adopt while implementing a digital signage campaign.

a)The Serial Position Effect
Research has shown that the last item on a displayed list is the one remembered by viewers most. Try to put the most important message in the display at the very end of a list.

b)Recency effect

When you have an audio message make sure that you allow the viewers ample time to read the accompanying text message before wiping it off the digital signage display. That delay in the message creates the recency effect where viewers remember what they read last most.

c)Visual Contrast Effect

Be very particular on the elements you use to deliver the digital signage message. The colors employed, the contrast of hue schemes, the font types, and the basic layout should be easily comprehensible and not confusing or repelling. Avoid using all capital letters, stick with serif fonts and do not mix them with other font types. Then group well-spaced text with adequate spacing in between instead of stacking lines one after the other.
